Just finished 40 mins dance sweat session and 20 mins strength training and I feeeel aliiive 🔥🔥🔥🔥I want to continue but I still have to study for tomorrow's exam Soo... But I do have one question how do y'all stop feeling hungry? I ate too much today lol so any tips??🙈😭

calculate your daily calorie intake and plan ur day accordingly try to cut ur calories by 500, that will reduce around 2-3 kgs a month

Keep popcorn (non-butter kind) handy. Nearly zero calories for a HUGE bowl. Spice up your popcorn with non-fat sauces: salsa, peri-peri, Worcestershire, good old Maggi hot and sweet! It’s different! Add some sweet-potato or, even potato. Boiled eggs to the popcorn! There, you have it. A filling snack without the huge calories!

fruits, popcorn, lots of water and salad...those are my vice for keeping my full. I don't take these as extra meals or snacks but just add them to my regular meal. then I keep myself busy with studies and I don't even remember about food that way.

drink water until you feel like throwing up thats how i kill my hunger

Most of the times, hunger is a form of ‘our body asking for water’. So, once you have had your glass full of water it should be gone. Otherwise, don’t kill it, just have a fruit or some nuts. They come in handy

Add protein Intake. protein deficiency makes you feel hungrier, folks like us with high metabolism have this issue

I usually fill drink water, sometimes lemonade without sugar. And I distract myself when I feel the pangs, often hunger pangs coincide with my sports practice so I focus on playing and not on my stomach so it helps and in about 20 mins it is all gone.
