I have come down from 204 to 195.8 in eight days. Empty gut is an amazing weight loss factor. But eating carefully has lowered blood sugar enough that my doctor is thinking of reducing my meds. Now to get the extra fat off my belly. Tying shoes is a breathless and unpleasant task with all that extra in the middle as I bend. Onward!!
88.8 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 24.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thats great how many calories are u eating a day? I would love to lose that much

It helps to have type two diabetes because I take my blood sugar before meals and hold off eating until it's a hundred or lower.. I tend to easily digest lean protein and I like green veggies and fruit, but fruit must be eaten in moderation. I try to eat under 1400 Calories, 80 to 100 Protein, and under 80 Carbs in a day. Before I started this diet, I must have been eating constantly if only eating three car b& fat controlled meals a day (keeping carbs as low as I can) has made that difference. Fat eaten can go directly to one's fat cells, so I try to eat only a little healthy Extra Virgin Olive oil or something like that, but I do love nuts. Have to watch it. Also I find wheat an irritant that makes my bones ache. Think of all the stuff I can't eat because I can't tolerate wheat. Painful Sciatica arrives with so much as a slice of french bread. Pizza crust goodbye, and pie crust the same. No cookies or muffins. Makes me a picky eater but it's easier to lose weight without wheat products than ever before. Later on in any diet, two lbs a week will be great progress and plateaus will occur when I swear I am living on 1000 a day and not losing. exercise is a key. I'm really out of shape, but I hope to work up to an hour of walking a day.
