I have been eating without much restraint and too little exercise. Time to pay the piper. I weighed 197 last Friday. I saw the doctor and got the encouragement to spent the next 21 days dieting very carefully and exercising. She wants to hear from me frequently on this. Blood pressure is part of the report. I will start taking that tomorrow morning and tonight.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
