not feeling great, too many meds as far as I can understand. Making an effort to get out from under various pain killers and a powerful statin. Really feeling much better in two days off both. Icing knee when it hurts from sprain and bursitis. Knee did not hurt at all as I walked 1000 steps today around building and out to our shady employee park grove. Ten of those walks would be my 10,000 steps.
