Been working very hard since a week. Doing cardio and weight training, eating very sensibly.

A little disappointing progress but will push my self to be consistent with workouts an d diet.
115.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
