still staying on my diet. Weight loss is not guaranteed on a schedule. It happens when water retention lets go. An hour's walk has always worked in the past but I am so out of shape that half an hour is about all I can do. Hot today, 105 F so I will wait until it's cooler. Good walking shoes needed as well. Blood sugar this morning 109 with only half a night time glypizide.
86.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
