Wt down one pound and blood sugar 116. No problem with hypoglycemia last night because I ate only broccoli and lean meat. It's the carbs that cause the trouble.
83.1 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
