Blood sugar 119 and weight 182.4. Not sure why. Maybe too much potassium. I am taking "Bone UP" which for some reason has potassium in it.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
