I have always wanted to reduce but being a foodie just never allowed me to go on a diet and set myself a chart. But today being at level 1 of obesity, i figured out it's time that I start taking some action and go back to my weight 3 years ago. Am currently 88kgs and my goal is to achieve 55kg. I don't know how long would it take. But will power can make anything possible and am going to try my best towards my goal. Hopefully calorie counter helps me keep tabs of my diet and reach my goal. Hello to everyone reading this right now. Feels good to be a part of this community. All the best to all of you☺
88 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 33 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Shit you have to climb a Everest that’s really hard I understand that feeling I am 8 kg short of mine to ... keep it’s simple love green hate white drink no color

I was too around 85 kgs .. and now i m 60 kgs .. i controlled a lot on my diet .. amd exercised regularly around 2 hours a day .. and it took me 11 months .. now i m having gr8 diet and doing exercise regulary 1 hour a day from 4 months i m on 60 and 61kgs(fluctuates)

namanarya3195 Good to hear that you have achieved your goal.. I have started working out at home for 30 - 45 minutes in the morning about three to four times a week and am following a strict diet. Hopefully it will work out for me as well.. I have cut down my salt and stopped taking refined sugar. And I hope I am able to say the same thing you said six months from here now. Thanks for sharing and for the motivation. congratulations once again! Keep it up!!

I brought down 20kgs in 90 days by diet and regular walking. Keep going. U can fare better

Dont take sugar at all .. take only once a week .. as i m student so i was able to take out time for gyming n all .. as per exercise schedule u have to control a lot on your diet .. limited home food and nothing outside .. once a month you cam eat what you love too .. you will reach 85 to 77 in approx 45 to 50 days
