this weight loss was in the last seven days. Finally got back on modified atkinds--counting calories, lean protein, lots of veggies that are low carb,
organic unsweetened soy silk, greek yoghurt (moderate amts, ct calories.)
85.2 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
