Back after a gap of 5 weeks. Happy for the little gain in weight loss. Walking (for exercise) has come to a complete halt, thanks to relapse of an injury in right knee. Calorie deficits are not as good as before, but compensated to some extent with cut-down on food intake. I see some FSers are making great progress. Kudos to you all. For those trying hard, keep your efforts going - results might be just around the corner. Cheers and keep doing well!
