I've joined the gym and have my mind made up. Im going to lose this weight and enjoy doing so. I know its going to be hard (painful), but as long as I see the results i want and need i will continue.
90.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The thing with weight loss is you don't always see the results you want or need when you need to. You really have to dedicate yourself to eating healthy and exercising for the rest of your life. Otherwise, you end up on the diet yo-yo losing and gaining forever. It takes time to see the results of hard work. Think of yourself as a work in progress. You will forever have to work on yourself to keep seeing progress, lol! When you have only a little to lose, it's good to focus on fat/inches lost and not just the scale. You might see a 3 pound loss on the scale, but go down two sizes with exercise. You could see a 7 pound loss on the scale and only go down one size. The difference is in the amount of fat loss you have So dedicate yourself for the long haul and tell yourself you are in it to get healthy no matter what. Good luck!
