gotta get back on track, this is rediculous, I'm gonna check into some new vitamins (vitamin D and B-12). I am in serious need of a pick me up, i feel sooo tired all the time

I promise you exercise will make you feel energized. My Zumba students come to class tired sometime and always say they have more energy after class. Plus, the calorie burn, toning and metabolism boost is a good thing!
