we can do walk on regular basis but exercise on regular basis can actually make your muscles hard and then you can't lose weight your weight will stop where it is

What you say makes sense. However, I don't want to lose more weight as it is proportionate with my height.  
What if m still taking less than my require body calories and exercising still not losing weight wat cud be a possible reason?

It requires persistence and discipline to lose weight. Therefore, more exercise and better diet control. You may also like to consult a dietitian to learn more about your diet and a trainer for better exercises.
