well, after that rice issue i am pleased my weight has stayed the same. worked at 430 am. i took my pretzel sticks, an apple and cheese. it wasnt enought so im going to be better prepared next time. had a headache last night so didnt get anything together. walked 30 minutes after work even though i didnt want to. i was very tired and been on my feet 9 hours plus its hot outside. but i did it and now i can rest! i have a lot of calories left for the rest of the day but im not cooking so its probably sandwich and yogurt. who knows lol
