Good Morning Everyone! Its beautiful here in Louisville! Doing laundry this morning and while thats going im heading out for a half hour walk...tonight im walking again with Dan if he is going. when we go together we walk around 6 miles. He figured it out on his app last night. I had no idea that was how far we were walking! I sure hope it helps firm up my thighs. Im gonna have to seriously restart my squats and lunges. Ive been off track as far as working on firming up my body. But ive been feeling some better and my attitude is getting back on track. Life happens and sometimes you get off course but ive kept my eye on the prize (weightloss) and through it all ive stayed the course with my food choices. Ive brought my walking back now, which i enjoy very much. And now, im ready to add the weight training back. I always say i hope i do as if i have no control over my own self lol. But sometimes thats how it feels. I hope everyone has an amazing day!

What do you do for weight training? I really want to start, but I have no idea what to do even do really.

i bought Getting Started with Cardio Sculpt by bodywisdommedia and Shape Best-Ever Hollywood workout with Gunnar Peterson. These videos show you how and what to do for beginners and then it has workouts as you get better and want to do more. I love them. I also bought Crunch Total resculpt with Kendell Hogan and Crunch Boot Camp Training for variety. I like all the Crunch CDs. they are all fun, professional and have a wide variety to choose from.

Isnt walking great? Especially in the beautiful weather. Good job on the purchases, you areoving in the direction of "moving" and thats awesome!
