I was super excited when I got on the scale this morning. I even did a little happy dance! I know that a 3 lb weight loss isn't necessarily a lot in a week, but it is closer to my goal and 3 pounds lighter. There is also something about just knowing that all the hard work I am putting in is paying off is wonderful. Plus, I even stuck to my guns and was successful with getting up and going to the gym on Saturday. I started doing yoga to help with the soreness in between runs and CrossFit. This week I want to make sure that I continue with the yoga and keep tracking calories. I also want to try to work towards not eating late in the evening. I am eating sometimes as late as 10pm. I am obviously still losing weight, but I am interested to see what happens if I stop eating so late.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
