hey y'all!! I wanted to write this journal entry to assess a very important topic. -RUNNERS BODY STEREOTYPE- everyone's bodies are healthy at a different stage, weight, and look. Skinny doesn't make yoh better one. But, if it TRULY healthy for you to be thin, it's okay. But don't undernourish. I lost 20 pounds of nonexistent weight in a month due to my eating disorder. It wasn't fun. I felt foggy. I felt weak. I lost so much progress in weightlifting. Literally FUEL your body (AND MIND). it is so important. Be Happy. We don't have much time on earth so we better make the most of it. You dont gain much from being malnourished. Make sure to care of yourself and eat nutritious food. And dont believe everything you see on social media. Social media is a highlight reel.
