This week has been great so far!!
Started up again with my daily schedule of training twice a day (cross country run and weightlifting), along with studying throughout the day! I hope you all can find a good routine to stick to!! My 5-8:30 routine also helps with recovery, getting in my 2300+ calories, while keeping to my *newly started* macro ratios 20%F/35%P/45%C. If i wasn't an athlete (sadly i think about this unlikely scenario too much), i would eat less protein, but im trying to gain ~10ish pounds of muscle 🙁. I lost 20 nonexistent pounds when i undernourished, down to 111-112 lbs, and so far ive made it to ~118-121 😁 im so happy!! I hope you all have had a great day! Finished today at my goals of 52gF/200gP/260gC, and my intake came in around 52gF/192gP/265gC !!!

TW: Eating Disorder
~ I need some recommendations... Whenever i get into the mindset of wanting to restrict again (the lowest I've restricted was ~100-350 calories in a day, while running 55 miles a week + some lifting when i had energy to get out of bed, and i did that for about 3 weeks), whenever i feel like restricting I ALWAYS seem to watch food videos, and then my recommended on YouTube completely fills with binge eating logs and diaries + a bunch of korean idols and their showstopper bodies. Im not in that mindset right now but was curious to see what you guys do to deflect those feelings. I have big goals which i remind myself about, like my goal to weigh 130 (gain 12 pounds of muscle). Eating more feels like it's affected my running a bit, but it might also be the scorching heat LOL

hey y'all!!
I wanted to write this journal entry to assess a very important topic.
-RUNNERS BODY STEREOTYPE-
everyone's bodies are healthy at a different stage, weight, and look. Skinny doesn't make yoh better one. But, if it TRULY healthy for you to be thin, it's okay. But don't undernourish. I lost 20 pounds of nonexistent weight in a month due to my eating disorder. It wasn't fun. I felt foggy. I felt weak. I lost so much progress in weightlifting. Literally FUEL your body (AND MIND). it is so important. Be Happy. We don't have much time on earth so we better make the most of it. You dont gain much from being malnourished. Make sure to care of yourself and eat nutritious food. And dont believe everything you see on social media. Social media is a highlight reel.
