My chart! If you want to try this,take 2 eggs instead of 3 for the breakfast & lunch.That makes 4 eggs..i feel 6 eggs will overheat the body..4 will do just fine & yes there is no substitute for egg,as the diet is a egg diet plan.Share your diet chart now!
