That's not a cheat meal, Mate. That's a good fermented home cooked food. Cheat meal is more like burger, pizza n junk stuff

Yeah...but I got carried away with the taste and did overeating.

Ha ha ha. Yeah. Just be a calorific deficit. And if you over eat then cycle those calories in weekly calorie intake. All the best. You are doing good.
