I'm vegetarian.. I intake less than required calories.. but carb in take is more.. how to reduce

What is your current cardio routine? You said that you eat less than your maintenance calories...are you losing weight?

I would suggest you to try eating less than 1500 calories and if you don't see any changes. Then slowly drop till 1000. If you feel too much hungry or weakness then you can't go further low in your calories i would suggest eat around 1200 calories and add in cardio about 150 min per week with low intensity but longer duration according to your time schedule. I would suggest 3 days cardio 1 hour each day.

@nadaf.. I consume 800 cal per day and problem is carb intake is high.. Its been 4 days since I started.. I walk 10 km whole day.. I cook 5 hours in whole day.. I do chloe ting 10 min workout as well..

hi I would like to suggest an workout app , I do dance workout from curefit app and I love them , they are so easy and effective , you can burn upto 500 calories just in 30 min
