today I'm hardly consuming 150 cal out of which carb is 23g.. nd it shows 64% in red.. like what does this app want.. shld I starve😅😅

It's means your consuming macros should be balance daily not calories intake. And should eat 50%carbs 30%fats and 20%protein daily. When is red means your diet unbalance not means don't eat or reducing calories. After all regarding you are vegetarian, you should be balance proteins (lentil,soy,....)and fat(nuts) daily intakes when in a diet. If macros being unbalance in long term your health might be in danger. I so happy for your lost weights but also concerned about fast losing weight in such a short time. consequnces are not good such dehydration, mineral/vitamin lack, or body switch to survival mode and not losing weight.

@AI ur such caring person thank you.. I had such low intake of cal yesterday.. Coz it was my fasting yesterday.. Nothing much.. I'm trying to find out food to balance my diet.. Hopefully soon I will😅😅

@AI@ for your kind information...body doesn't react like that....recent study shows that it doesn't matter the ratio of carbs fat and protein intake....simple rule is.... CALORIE DEFICIT AND CALORIE SURPLUS AND PROTEIN INTAKE....if you are going for bulking protein intake must be greater than you daily requirement(ie.1g/1lb)...and forget rest of all(but be sure with calorie surplus) and if you are in cuting phase...hit the daily protein requirements and be sure about calorie deficit...but obviously eat healthy that impact on your hormone levels....

@medjoy, oh you don't get subject! In fact I explained the app for my friend. I'm not nutritionist or dietitian. plus I'm not at place to advice any to others. I just share my experience and support with my friends. I loss 37kg in 10 month by having hypothyroid, blood pressure, acid reflux, arthritis, and anemia. ohh please I know diet is very personal and depending on body condition more than everybody. By the way thanks for your attitude.

I did the same mistake in my early days... :p I still remember... I cut carbs to like 0.5g/kg body weight.. Fat 0.8 - 1g/kg body weight & protein 1.5 - 2g / kg body weight.. > Cardio (running / cycling / walking) > upper body/biceps/tri ceps etc ( 40 - 50min) > Abs / legs ( 30min) <daily> (Diet : Whey protein (26g) & 1 egg after exercise with coffee (with fresh cream) Other meals include : egg /chicken / lettuce /veggie salad/fish / mayonnaise / butter (you can try soya) How do I cope up cravings? Keto diet, coffee, garicina tabs & ofc the reason m doing this keeps me motivated :D

@sumo try eating fish, meat.. lotta eggs (2/3 atleast) green veggies.. butter.. mayo.. kala chana.. keto roti (search online) or multigrain wala... add.. black coffee to control cravings... at least 30min Cardio... / yoga... good luckk :)

Its Rudra / Enryu (Gaming name) / NEET 2021 aspirant :) I know Hindi, English, Bengali & lil bit of Japanese :p Lets cut to the chase :v aight.. For vegan... Try soya... at least 50 - 100g daily.. Try making some yummy soya recipes 😋 (*sighs* gals get it so ezzy)... would suggest.. keeping your carb intake to around 50g (nope you won't be in keto) Hmm.. paneer is a costly option.. include it often if you can... add rajma (kidney beans for *protein*) [ drools...I miss my mumma's rajma chawal :') ] Also... drink plenty of water... (keep a bottle with ya 24/7) Try detox water every morning before you do yoga /exercise /cardio ~ (cucumber, lemon, a pinch of salt, garlic, & honey) Try eating complex carbs like chapatis (multi grain) instead of chakki wala atta or white rice :) &.... Don't drop too much calories... Also.. Wait for atleast a month to get some visible changes... Stay strong...
