Guys I am tested covid positive and I don't know anything how to handle this my diet, weight and every fucking thing is making me worried please help me I am home quarantined

At this point of time your body needs nutrition. Do not worry about your weight, diet etc. You've your whole life to focus on that. Take care of yourself and get well soon.

hi this is doctor richa. i am a respiratory physician working in covid icu currently. my best wishes for ua speedy recovery. kindly dont ..absolutely dont even think of diet or skipping meals. Have good food and most importantly have plenty n plenty of water ...be hydrated. i am sure u must b checking ua vitals and saturation at home and having the correct medicines. keep up with good nutritiom and if possible try to excercise. light excercise , nothing crazy to tire up ...try yoga. hope this helps. u can contact me for any furthur enquiry about covid.

@Dr_richa thank you dr I'll for sure😊 dr. I have one query is it true that we lose more weight during sickness cause our body needs more energy to recover? Also is it ok to brisk walk for 1/half hour?

Get well soon brother.. Don't bother about diet as of now . Take proper food, water and medication . Do breathing exercise. You will be fine.

@paridine your most welcome😊. Yes post covid definately u can walk. No issues with that. But i would personally suggest u to try either yoga or light marching excercise. The idea is to provide adequate oxygenation in ua lungs without making it overburden. And no u dont need to loose weight rather eat ample of vitamin C and fruits and loads of water. I hope that helps you. 😊

@Dr _richa hello doctor my family want me leave workout including walking but I am afraid I'll gain weight please tell what to do how long I will take to recover I am really tensed doctor I don't wanna gain weight
