@amrik weight loss or weight gain it depends upon your total calorie intake throughout the day... Weight loss keliye calorie deficit rakhna padega.. for this recipe first you need to make a slurry of ragi flour and water and keep it aside. Heat water in a vessel keeping the flame low.. once the water comes to boil then add the ragi mixture to it.. Keep stirring on medium flame until you get your desired consistency.. You may add milk if you wish. Once you are done add your favorite dry fruits and Jaggery to it.. Enjoy! Bohot badhiya breakfast option hai 😋
