Is 0 sugar helping, it didn't help me as I was already taking sugar in Moderation. What helped me was low calorie intake, 25-30% protein out of the total calorie intake, walking about 10km and half an hour of HIIT

My protein intake is 30 %
Carbs I contains are high fibre juvar roti instead, brown rice substitute instead of wheat and rice
Sugar required to be 0 additional one should strictly avoided its oats cereal which is breakfast meal
