Day 7 of 75

The journey is on.
Most days I stayed within 1100 calories except 2 days.
Got my periods, so skipped one extra day.

Overally, I am proud of me and I will continue to work harder.
64.6 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm not sure about your weight and height. but 1100 is very low. Your calorie intake should not be less than 1300
