This has been the healthiest weight I have ever achieved in my life. 🤗🤗 When I started with the weight loss journey, I never thought I could actually lose anything more than 20 kgs, but now it has been 42 kgs and I’m still counting 😎.
69.6 kg Lost so far: 42.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
