Thanks for all the support bhai aur bahan! As you can see, 0.3 jump in just one day since i started Binge diet plan. But that is not TOO bad considering that yesterday I ate more than I EVER ate since STARTING Fatsecret daily entries....

Let me explain my thought reasons:
- This is NOT water weight gain because EVERY entry you see here since Feb 4 was checked as soon as I woke up and peed.

- Just before Binge diet was started, I started Candy Fast diet(on Feb 25) which was plan to not lower portion size but to stop candy completely for 3 days. If you check my calendar, you will see values for weight were 62.8, 62.7, 62.9 and finally 62.8 again. So regular eating without candy did NOT change weight much.

- Yesterday after binge lunch, my weight had jumped up to 63.9 and did not even go down 0.1 after heavy poop(probably cos i was still chugging water)! But immediately after 33 mins of walking exercise in evening, check showed 63.5! And today it is 63.3! Awesome!

- If I can regularly lose weight on sedentary activity while eating candy every day and reduced portion size, YOU can definitely lose it on high activity! But 1 day is not real test of weight loss data, which is why I am taking risk of this new diet plan. I will wait until I am 63.6 kg on scales and then test data for 1 month from then!

CHANGE is what is important, not specific numbers like calories and grams. One of the most annoying things about Fatscret for me is trying to figure out how much I should enter in amt fields when using any units like cups/servings/piece/grams....and because of my life experience with depression, low self-esteem, epilepsy and schizophrenia, I turned to Taoism and Advaitha practice.....and overcame fear and experienced spiritual Oneness! I not 2 things like fat or healthy.....I am BOTH and neither can exist without the Other. Discover light in darkness and you can be a light for yourself and light the way for others too!
