Guten Morgen,
Seit ich Cardio hinzugefügt gehabt habe läuft das alles noch viel besser. 3 bis 4 mal Cardio. Jeden Tag Radtrimmen.
Somit bin ich ab jetzt zu den U82er. 😊✌️
