Day 4 of revamped 75

Even if my weight loss goals were pretty fine, I had a few pther goals which I strayed from and thus had to restart 75 day challange.

Have had pretty bad last 3 days. Back on track again! Eat good todaay and going to 1100 calories for overcoming the last 3 days.

Also, worked out again after a week.

63.9 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
