Hello Anand, weight loss mainly depends upon total calorie intake in a day. Firstly you have to determine your daily calorie intake. You can do it online with google search. Say your rdi is 2000 calories, then you should reduce this by 400-500 calories, therefore you should consume 1500-1600 calories per day. Doing this only, will help you to lose 1 pound per week that is around 2 kgs in a month. For extra weight loss, you can start with light cardio if you're a beginner, like walking and jogging. For healthy weight loss, you shouldn't loss more than 4-5 kgs in a month.👍🏻

My weight kept on fluctuating entire day
like in the morning it's 69.6
after breakfast -69.3
evening before exercise it's 69.7
after exercise it's 69.8
can anybody tell me is this normal....
I m doing 30 min exercise since from last 2 months and my weight is stuck between 70- 69kgs

Yup, it's normal. Even mine keeps on fluctuating that too only in an hour. Once I checked my weight in the morning, it showed 83.5 l, then after half an hour it showed 82.3. So don't get tensed for this. And if you've reached a plateau, try increasing the intensity of your exercise or modifying your diet.
