Today marks 1 year of my weight loss journey. Lost a total of 40.5 kgs (89 pounds) from 13 January 2020 till now. Going for a maintenance phase for few months, until my body is ready for more. Target weight goal is between 60 and 65 kgs acc. to my BMI.

My weight is stable for last 2 months. At First it seemed that my progress halted but side by side before and after pictures shows some results. My body is a bit more leaner. My shoulders are more toned and biceps muscles are more developed now. 🙂🙂

So, this month resulted in very minor weight loss. I think calorie restriction for last 11 months has resulted in a decreased metabolism.
Now, it's time to boost metabolism through some strength training and reverse dieting.
