Lost a total of 85 pounds since January 2020😄🤗 with a faint abs outline😊

3 home cooked meals, each average up to 350 calories. I try to limit my calorie intake to 1200 calories, and avoiding sugar, fried food, unhealthy beverages as much as possible. My average meal plan- Breakfast- 1 cup veg poha/ 1 onion paratha with chai Lunch- 2chapati, 1/2 cup subji with 1/2 cup curd or chhaas snack(sometimes)- tea/ apple Dinner- same as lunch/ pulao with curd/ daliya/ dal chawal Before bed- milkshake with minimal sugar/ roasted makhana/ a biscuit or two for sweet cravings😜

How did you loose 20 kg in just 5 months? Please guide me as I am not loose more than 7-8 kg in total and than I leave everything and go back to unhealthy lifestyle☹️

hey I'm 13 yrs old and I want to lose atleast 20kg in 5 months...just started and lost 3kgs can you guide me pls so that my growth doesn't stop as I'm not an adult yet

Hey sunny, during this whole weight loss journey, i have realised 1 thing. The more you weigh , the more easy it is to lose weight. When I was 112 kgs, i lost 4-5 kgs each month with just controlling my diet and doing nothing. As my weight reduced, it became difficult to lose more, so I started exercising. With time, I intensified the workouts, which helped me. The main thing that's important is to be in calorie deficit throughout, and remember to exercise daily or atleast 3-4 times/ week. Believe me, you're gonna see results soon.🙂👍🏻
