Angi: no no, il mese di luglio e agosto ho aumentato i carbo per fare ricarica, di testa mia 😂 e ho avuto buoni riscontri 👌
Ma adesso dal 27.08.2018 sono seguita da qualcuno, nuova dieta (macro differenti) e nuovo allenamento, il tutto studiato appositamente per me ❣
