Pumpkin Muffins
Using honey, egg whites, oat flour and applesauce makes these so yummy, but healthy too.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Line muffin pan with liners.
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in small bowl.
- Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients, taking caution to not over mix.
- Scoop by spoonful's into lined muffin tins, distributing evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy.

I did not like the texture or taste at all, and I am a HUGE pumpkin lover. We had to top them off with peanut butter in order to eat them.
