Breakfast : Roti, plain tori sabzi , sweetcorn mushroom paneer mixed sabzi & peeled cucumber slices
With mercury hitting 44-45 degrees 🔥 the body demands more fluid than ever 🐣🐒 & has reduced my food intake drastically 😩
