Hamburger di Spinaci

Hamburger completamente vegetali con spinaci.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Scongelare gli spinaci in microonde, e cuocerli in un tegame con un filo d'olio e il cipollotto (circa 15 min).
  2. Frullare il tutto con il mixer, aggiustare di sale e unire i semi di chia ela farina di ceci, amalgamando bene gli ingredienti.
  3. Aiutandosi con uno stampo grande da biscotti, stendere il composto su una teglia con carta da forno.
  4. Formare circa hamburger. Mettere i semi di sesamo sopra e infornare per 20 min a 200 gradi.
