Directions
- Kohlrabi gut schälen, holzige Teile entfernen, dann in Scheiben schneiden.
- Mandeln mit Parmesan, Curry und Pfeffer mischen.
- Eier mit Salz mit einer Gabel schlagen.
- Die Kohlrabi-Sticks mit einem Küchentuch trocken tupfen und mit der Ei-Mandel-Mischung bestreichen und einzeln auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen.
- Im auf 200 °C vorgeheizten Backofen 20 Minuten backen. Nach 10 Minuten wenden.
