Directions

  1. Oddzielić białka od żółtek.
  2. Dodaj cukier biały do żółtek i mieszaj, aż się spienią.
  3. Dodaj mąkę kukurydzianą, proszek do pieczenia i jogurt. Dobrze wymieszaj.
  4. Białka ubić solą na sztywną pianę.
  5. Delikatnie połącz obie mieszanki.
  6. Tortownicę wyłożyć papierem do pieczenia i wlać ciasto.
  7. Piec w piekarniku nagrzanym do 170°C przez 50 minut.
  8. Ostudź i posyp cukrem pudrem.
