Super einfaches und unglaublich leckeres Gericht.

Directions

  1. Margarine in einem Topf erhitzen, Zwiebeln und Reis darin kurz anrösten, Currypulver dazugeben und kurz mitdünsten.
  2. Mit Gemüsebrühe ablöschen.
  3. Alles bei mittlerer Hitze bei geschlossenem Deckel 15-20 Minuten köcheln lassen. Gelegentlich umrühren.
