Io la vorrei fare similare non vegana.
Ma vorrei capire alcune cose:
se volessi sostituire lo zucchero con il miele quanto ne dovrei mettere?
cambiano anche le quantità di farina/maizena?
il latte scremato al posto del latte di soia e fecola invece di maizena appesantirebbe troppo la ricetta?
Altra domanda ma la mela non fornisce già abbastanza zucchero?
il peso di una fetta quanto risulta?
