Budino Proteico

Un semplice e buon "budino" con pochi grassi e tante proteine.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Versare yogurt in una ciotola.
  2. Aggiungere il cacao e mescolare per ottenere un miscuglio omogeneo.
  3. Tritare o tagliare a pezzettini la mela ed aggiungerla nella ciotola e poi mescolare il tutto.
  4. Aggiungere appena un po' latte (se si vuole) per rendere il tutto meno denso.
