Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine together the flour, cornflour, sugar, yeast, salt and cardamom powder in a bowl.
  2. Add in warm milk and mix until a thick batter is formed. Leave it to rest for an hour until the yeast is activated.
  3. Drop balls of the batter in hot oil and deep fry till golden. Pour date syrup on top and garnish with sesame seeds.
