Pancakes Proteici al Cacao

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Versare gli albumi in una ciotola.
  2. Aggiungere la farina, al cacao e lo zucchero. Infine aggiungere lo yogurt greco.
  3. Mescolare bene con delle fruste elettriche.
  4. Scaldare una padella antiaderente. (Se necessario ungere leggermente con un po' di olio.)
  5. Versare un cucchiaio di impasto. Quando si vedono le bollicine girare il pancake con una spatola e lasciar cuocere l'altro lato a fuoco basso.
  6. Continuare così fino ad esaurimento impasto.
  7. Disporre i pancakes uno sopra l'altro e guarnire a piacere. ( es. marmellata 100% da frutta, crema di nocciole biologica, cioccolato fondente.)

Buonissimi! Ho provato anche la variante con yogurt greco 0% al mirtillo o alla fragola (invece del cacao) per cambiare gusto ogni mattina. Ottimi!
