Sformato di Spinaci

Lo sformato di spinaci è delicato e squisito antipasto.

Directions

  1. Per preparare lo sformato di spinaci, lavate gli spinaci e fateli appassire in padella a fuoco basso, con un filo d’olio extravergine per circa 10 minuti; poi salateli leggermente. Strizzate bene gli spinaci e tritateli con un coltello.
  2. In una ciotola ponete le uova, gli spinaci tritati, la ricotta, il sale, il pepe, la noce moscata e mescolate. Continuate a mescolare fino a rendere il composto omogeneo.
  3. Ponete il composto in uno stampo: spennellate l’interno con olio di semi e spolverizzate con pangrattato.
  4. Infine infornare a 180°C per 30 minuti oppure al forno microonde a 500kw per 25 minuti.
