  1. Tagliate le mele a pezzetti.
  2. Montare a neve ben ferma l'albume con la stevia.
  3. Amalgamare delicatamente tutti gli ingredienti.
  4. Trasferite in uno stampo a ciambella e cuocete in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 30 minuti o fino a doratura.
