Cous Cous alle Verdure

Semplice, poco calorico e gustoso.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Tagliare le verdure a cubetti, farle saltare in una padella appena spennellata con un cucchiaino d'olio.
  2. Lavare il cous cous, in un'altra padella tostarlo 2-3 minuti, poi cuocerlo in abbondante acqua (indicativamente 6-8 volte il peso del cous cous) per 15-18 minuti (fino a quando l'acqua si consuma), salando.
  3. Verso fine cottura delle verdure aggiungere la curcuma, bagnando con acqua (o brodo), per evitare che si le verdure si attacchino.
  4. Quando le verdure sono cotte, rovesciarle sul cous cous e mescolare. Lasciare riposare qualche minuto, perchè il cous cous assorba succhi e sapori delle verdure.
  5. Eventualmente pepare.
